Do you design or build, or both?
Both - many clients use UX/UI design as a standalone engagement (e.g. before a software build with their own dev team), and others roll it directly into one of our development packages at a bundled rate.
What tools do you use?
Figma, for both design and prototyping, so your team (or ours) can move straight into development with an exact, inspectable spec.
Can you redesign an existing website or app without a full rebuild?
Yes - a UX/UI audit and redesign of an existing product is one of our most common projects, often paired with a phased front-end rebuild rather than starting from zero.
